Cancellation Policy
All sleep consultancy calls must be booked at least seven days in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule and provide more than seven days’ notice, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled call are non-refundable, as this time has been set aside exclusively for you.
